Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.

Additionally, there’s a nearby park where you can enjoy outdoor activities and take in the beautiful, natural surroundings.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with a variety of public transport options nearby. The Blyth Bus Station is just a short walk away, providing routes to key destinations. Bus services from Byron Avenue connect you to areas across Blyth and beyond. For rail travel, Blyth North Railway Station is a 5-minute drive away, offering train services to Newcastle Central Station and Morpeth, with easy connections to the East Coast Main Line for travel further afield. If you prefer driving, A189 (Spital Road) and A1061 connect directly to A1(M), providing a convenient route to explore surrounding cities and regions.



Other Things to Note:

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



- Do not use the Fire/log burner in the property.



At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.



Interaction with Guests:

Guest will have access to the host via the booking platform and in emergencies the host will call.
