Villa Giglio is a magnificent estate spanning three levels plus a panoramic roof terrace, covering approximately 500 square meters of refined living space. Designed for those who seek the services of a five-star hotel within the intimacy of a private home, the villa features an internal elevator connecting all floors and high-end finishes throughout.

Interiors: The interior design is a tribute to modern elegance and local craftsmanship. Every piece of furniture has been handcrafted by master carpenters, blending contemporary style with the warmth of prestigious materials.

Ground Floor: A grand dining hall features a bespoke table seating up to 18 guests. The living area is designed for relaxation, equipped with plush sofas, a 52-inch satellite TV, and a designer electric fireplace. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes an American fridge, wine cellar with a selection of top Italian labels, and professional-grade appliances.

First & Second Floors: These floors host the sleeping quarters. In total, the villa offers 6 sophisticated bedrooms. Each floor features two double bedrooms with walk-in showers and one expansive suite (comprising a double bedroom, a private living area with a double sofa bed, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a centerpiece designer bathtub). The floors are distinguished by the vibrant colors of authentic Vietri ceramic tiles.

Roof Terrace: A dedicated space for wellness and contemplation, equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower—perfect for sunrise yoga while facing Capri.

The Grounds & Pool: The villa is set within a meticulously manicured fenced park with expansive English lawns and shade-giving evergreen trees.

The Pool: A 30 sqm rectangular panoramic pool features a dedicated hydromassage area. The sundeck is fully furnished with high-quality loungers and umbrellas. (Pool open April to October), The pool is equipped with internal lighting and can be heated at an additional weekly cost.
