Just below the house, the pool area features a charming and well-appointed pool house with a summer kitchen, a comfortable lounge space, and a shower room, perfect for unwinding in the shade to the sound of cicadas.

Spend your days by the pool and make the most of long summer evenings outdoors, with barbecues, al fresco dining, and refreshing swims.

The ground-floor master suite features a king-size bed (160 cm), a TV, a spacious dressing area, and a private en-suite bathroom with an elegant walk-in shower.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer comfortable accommodation and share a beautifully appointed bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, a double vanity, and a toilet.

The pool house is designed for effortless outdoor living, with a stylish lounge area, a fully equipped summer kitchen (fridge, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher), and a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet.
A gas barbecue with grill and plancha, sun loungers, and a parasol are provided around the 8 x 4 m saltwater pool (1.30 m deep), fitted with a safety alarm.

All bedroom windows and sliding glass doors are equipped with mosquito screens for your comfort.

High-quality bed linen and bath towels are provided, and beds will be prepared for your arrival—simply bring your pool towels.

The property is fully fenced (please note there is no gate), and pets are not permitted.

Pool maintenance is discreetly carried out during your stay, and end-of-stay cleaning is included for a seamless experience.
