While feeling the texture of the stone walls, you will find yourself traveling back in time with the smell of the sea.

We have thought of everything you need — all you have to do is enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Near the house, you can experience the historic elevator built in 1907 and the famous Kemeraltı Bazaar, dating back to the 1600s. You will also be close to the iconic Clock Tower, built in 1901.

❗ Please note: The entrance to the property has three small steps without a handrail. Guests with limited mobility should take this into consideration before booking.

It is only a 3-minute walk (100 meters) to the seaside.

Everything you need is within walking distance. Taxi stands, scooters, bicycles, and electric bikes are available nearby. Cafes, restaurants, and ATMs are all just around the corner. Ferry, tram, and bus stops are also within a 3-minute walk.

During your stay, you will also have access to our private Izmir digital guide, where you can discover the best coffee shops, restaurants, shopping spots, and nightlife experiences.

We operate in compliance with Turkish short-term rental regulations. Therefore, we are required to register the identity information of all guests staying at the property.

For this reason, we kindly request a copy of a valid ID or passport from each guest (including children) at least 12 hours before check-in. By completing your reservation, you agree to provide this information.

Failure to provide the required documents before or during check-in may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
