It offers one numbered parking space behind the building (access to the parking is only 1.95 mt wide, so SUVs and minibuses cannot enter) and a shared washing machine. The apartment is equipped with a satellite TV, American coffee maker, microwave, hairdryer in the bathroom, and air conditioning.
