This stunning one bedroom Perdido Key condo villa has been tastefully furnished and is sure to be a hit with any beach-lover!!! The beaches of Perdido Key are always among the top ranked in the country and when you stay you will see why! Also, for the days when the beaches are a bit too crowded you can enjoy the Purple Parrot Village Resort’s 150,000 gallon outdoor oasis swimming pool complete with a waterfall cave, circulating stream over boulders and a bridge access island. Then lastly, top off your awe-inspiring day by relaxing with a cocktail on the open-air balcony while the sun fades into the horizon…The owners have also provided free long-distance phone service to anywhere in the US and Canada - a perk for those looking to stay a few months! Certain parts of the year require a minimum number of nights to be booked online. Great resort

The property was great. We enjoyed playing in pool while listening to the band in the evenings. Everyone we encountered were pleasant. I loved that there is a quiet time after 10 PM. Communication with management was easy and so friendly.

Overall nice stay & close to beach & restaurants. Only complaint is I messaged the host about our toilet not flushing, had no response( guess it was because of the weekend?) so I had to call the office. They had someone come out later that day to fix it.

The spot was absolutely perfect. The unit was clean and adorable well stocked with everything you'll need. The unit is on the second floor with really steep stairs it was kind of hard getting my almost 3-year-old up and down the stairs. Stairs were a little rickety definitely need to be updated soon other than that no complaints the rest of the property was beautiful we had an amazing time

Room for improvement

Everything was great except whoever cleans needs to learn how to thoroughly clean...there was yellow running down the wall under a picture in the bedroom. No extra trash bags except walmart sacks...the cleaners need to learn when sweeping to sweep under the bed, couches, chairs and TV stands...all of these were about 2 to 2.5 inches of of floor there was lint, dust, sand, and food under them other than that it was a beautiful and lovely place to stay! The mattress could use a memory foam topper on it as it hurt my back buy I dealt with it!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sept 2020 hurricane left many of the units unrentable 10 months later July 2021. We opted to stay (our original unit was not ready so we had to scramble to find another). The unit was in good shape, no problems with it at all. But the common areas were awful. Trash everywhere (not acceptable regardless of the cleanup effort). There were many pods parked all over the complex, which we understand since there is still renovations happening, but things were just a mess. The tiki bar and pool area could use some updating. There was plenty of trash around the tiki bar area and the bathrooms were disgusting. My family has stayed here for over 15 years and this is the worst condition its ever been in.

trip cut short

very clean, very laid back, beautiful pool, nice tiki hut with good food and entertainment enjoyed our stay immensely then the VIRUS hit cutting our stay short
