We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the charming and leafy area of Stamford Brook, this studio offers a peaceful base while keeping you well connected to the best of West London. The neighbourhood blends a relaxed, residential feel with local character — including historic pubs once frequented by horse-drawn coaches — and easy access to the lively Chiswick High Road, known for its great mix of cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops.

You can enjoy a morning stroll or unwind in the beautiful Ravenscourt Park, explore the Thames riverside, or venture further into West London’s most iconic spots like Kew Gardens and Richmond.

Chiswick High Road: 15-minute walk

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
