Modern flat situated in a central building, only 150m from the beach. Our flat is composed of a living area with a kitchen corner and a sofa, two double bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower box, and two spacious balconies (one with outdoor furniture). Amenities include a microwave, A/C, and one numbered parking spot in the garage (4,20×2,80×1,70). Shared laundry available for guests.°Pets are not allowed.°Floor cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, decor, and colours may vary).
