- There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least €200.



- Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply up to a limit of €80.



- We provide a complimentary welcome kit with toiletries for the first day (samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing products, and a trash bag). Replacements or refills are available at an additional cost.



- Enhance your stay with additional services such as extra keys, extra cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.



- An extra fee may be charged for opening the door during your stay according to the following schedule: between 9:00 and 18:00: €25; Other times: R$50.



- The facilities can only be used by guests registered in the reservation.



An early check-in fee of €20 may apply, subject to availability and always from 11:00 AM onwards, whether to leave luggage or to settle in - always subject to availability.



- Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Staying beyond this time without prior notice and authorization from your host will incur an extra fee of €25 for each hour of late check-out.



- All guests must complete a registration form in accordance with Portuguese local laws. This form will be sent after confirmation of the reservation.
