House was in a good location for our trip. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It was a nice area. House was clean and smelled very nice. Table in the front was great for group dinning. Couch and love seat were fairly comfortable though the set up of the room made watching the TV uncomfortable. Weather was as such that we didn't need to make use of all the window unit air conditioners, we only made use of the room fans which kept the house comfortable. Comfortability is subjective, but beds were very firm. The pillows were terrible. Old and extremely thin, completely bare in spots. If you can bring your own pillows, I would advise you do so. They are very adamant about the fact that they inventory everything in the house, so I don't know if they've had issues with people stealing things in the past and this is what lead to the low quality of bed linens, towels, and other furnishings. Check in and Check out was very easy. No overly complicated directions or requirements. Good value for the price we paid. We would stay here again.
