Barns study
Barns Study is the best self-catering cottage we have stayed in. It had everything we needed for our stay.
The generous welcome pack was much appreciated. The staff were excellent.
Nice walks around the area and enjoyed my runs on the quiet roads.
We will definitely return.

Stylish country stay, near Peebles.
Stylish, clean, comfortable, warm and peaceful refurbished cottage for two within a courtyard development. Very large private garden which catches the sunshine and every type of bird song you could hope for.
Very handy for lovely Tweed side walks and glorious views.
Very prompt response by the customer service team to a bathroom issue we had. Loved it!

Fantastic
Just a beautiful place and beautiful surroundings. The attention to detail internally is incredible., I’ve stayed in many self catering houses over the years and this is right up there. Ideally a washing machine would help but it’s a very very small negative.
We will be looking to book again. Thank you !
