One-bedroom apartment located in a central building, just 150m from the beach. Our apartment features a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a complete bathroom with an enclosed shower, and two balconies (one with outdoor furniture). It comes with a microwave, A/C, and one numbered parking space in the garage (4,10×2,75×1,70). Shared laundry available for guests.°Pets are not allowed.°Floor cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, decor, and colours may vary).
