It can accommodate up to 4 guests and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a comfortable double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower box.

Outside, you will find ideal spaces to make the most of your time outdoors: a private garden, perfect for relaxing, dining, or enjoying pleasant moments together.

The location allows you to easily reach the center of Porto Azzurro: typical restaurants, bars, and shops are within walking distance, making your stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.

Bed linen not included: you can bring your own or request rental at a cost of €20 per person, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Pickup and return take place at the agency, unless otherwise agreed;
Children up to 2 years: crib not provided. No extra charge if using your own crib or sharing the bed with parents;
Included services: all utilities included (electricity, water, gas), and use of the washing machine.
