Set in an elevated location, the villa enjoys expansive views stretching over a lush, wooded valley and out toward the Atlantic Ocean. One of its standout features is the heated indoor-outdoor pool pavilion—a versatile, year-round space. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels can be fully opened to let in the fresh air or closed off for cozy evening gatherings.

After sunset, soft ambient lighting in and around the pool, combined with the swaying coconut trees outside, creates an atmosphere reminiscent of a high-end resort. The pool itself includes a shallow children’s section with built-in seating, while the surrounding terrace is furnished with comfortable seating areas and sun loungers.
