The Layout

Living, dining and studio area
The open-plan space brings the lounge, dining area, and a double sleeping zone together in one bright room. French doors open to the private terrace. The plush L-shaped sectional sofa faces the large smart TV on the oak slat feature wall, with a designer sideboard below and board games on the coffee table. The herringbone oak dining table seats six and sits between the lounge and kitchen. The studio double bed is finished with a velvet headboard, hotel-quality white linen, and a waffle-knit throw.

Kitchen
Granite worktops run the full length of the kitchen with wooden cabinetry and open shelving. A full oven, hob with extractor hood, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, and freezer are all included, as is a dishwasher and washing machine. A complete set of dishes, wine glasses, silverware, and all cooking basics are provided, along with cleaning products stocked for your stay.

Double bedroom

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests - no additional guests beyond the booking
• No smoking anywhere on the property including the terrace
• No pets permitted

• Check-out by 10:00
• Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level at all times

Booking Policy

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
Upsells such as early check‑in, late check‑out, and add‑on packages are available to enhance your stay. Please note that all upsells are non‑refundable once booked.



Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
