Villa Pisani Marina di Campo cottage by the sea

The cottage is situated in a unique and particularly family-friendly location, right in the centre of town, by the sea.
It is set within a spacious garden featuring centuries-old pine trees, part of a villa dating from the early 1900s.
It features a fully furnished outdoor terrace covered by a canopy, a small, fenced-in, private pine grove, and its own pedestrian gate that opens directly onto the Marina di Campo boardwalk, across from the “Il Capriccio” beach club, in the town’s pedestrian centre.
Crossing the promenade takes you directly to the large sandy beach—the largest on the island—which, right in front of the cottage, offers both equipped and open areas.
It consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a second pull-out bed, a kitchenette, and two bathrooms (each with a 60x60 cm shower stall), sleeping a total of 4 people (+ a free extra bed or cot for children, for a total of 5).
The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, a refrigerator with freezer, a washing machine, and a microwave.
It is tastefully furnished: the hardwood floors, wicker furniture, and stylish upholstery create a warm, pleasant, and welcoming atmosphere.
It is cool and well-ventilated thanks to its seaside location, and is also equipped with ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, as well as air conditioning (there are 2 split units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room).
It’s very bright: all rooms have large windows, including the bathrooms.
All amenities (beach, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket) are within a few minutes’ walk, so you won’t need a car.
Your little four-legged “furry kids” are also welcome (and stay for free)!
Due to its location within the pedestrian zone, the cottage cannot offer private parking, but free public parking and paid private parking are available just a few metres away; we can provide contact information for these upon booking.
The cottage is cleaned and sanitised after every checkout.
