Other things to note RULES:
*This property operates on a strictly no parties policy. If guests are found to be holding parties, you will incur a £500 fine!
*This will also be a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 11 p.m., the quiet times are to be respected.
*We operate a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at this property. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged to your card if we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.
*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.
*For stays longer than 14 nights, additional housekeeping needs to be arranged for a further fee.
We require completion of our pre check-in form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport, and a card pre-authorisation of between £150 and £500 for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. We will not charge an amount from the card unless upon checkout there is evidence of damage, loss, or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. Where a guest refuses to provide the above, their booking will be cancelled.

We aim to provide a high standard service to all of our valued guests, therefore we require regular cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost. If you would like a long-term booking, please enquire for additional discounts.
