De prijs en de ligging waren goed. Appartement zelf was wat minder. De inkomhal stond vol met afval en leeggoed. Appartement verouderd en twijfel ook of de elektriciteit, brandveiligheid ed wel volgens de norm waren. Ook veel geluidshinder van de groep boven ons die s nachts thuiskwamen. Meer geschikt voor jongeren dan voor een gezin met 3 kinderen.

De parketvloer had hier en daar wat uitstekende spijkertjes, wat ervoor zorgde dat onze sokken wat kleine gaatjes kregen, Misschien is het een idee om de matrassen van een beschermer te voorzien? Bij het ophalen van het beddengoed waren we soms niet helemaal tevreden, Maar verder een geweldige locatie, dicht bij het centrum en toch heerlijk rustig, We konden met onze hele vriendengroep op één verdieping overnachten, Er was genoeg ruimte om eerst samen gezellig te aperitieven, We hebben eten besteld, Een perfecte start van onze avond!
