Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in Pamplona, right next to Plaza del Castillo, one of the city's most central and lively areas. This private room is a convenient option for two guests looking for a well-located and functional space with easy access to the city centre.

The room features a bunk bed with two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower, offering a simple and comfortable setup.

It also includes air conditioning, a TV, and a private office area inside the room equipped with a microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and sink. Please note that there is no hob in the accommodation.

In addition to the private office area inside the room, guests also have access to a shared lounge and office area, shared with two other rooms. This common space provides an additional area to relax and use during your stay.

Bed linens and towels are provided for all guests. The accommodation also includes a cleaning kit, complimentary coffee, toilet paper, and the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a fine of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighbouring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodation.
