This charming ground-floor apartment, elegantly decorated with a contemporary design and serene tones to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore Porto and its attractions.

Ideal for couples or solo travellers, the property is spread over two floors. On the upper floor, you will be welcomed by a bright dining area with a round table and a modern kitchenette. Fully equipped and incredibly functional, it is ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, the kitchen features a coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob and other practical appliances.

Heading downstairs to the lower floor, you will find a spacious and incredibly welcoming bedroom. Harmoniously decorated, it is equipped with an inviting double bed, TV, air conditioning and large built-in wardrobes so you can store your belongings in a perfectly organised manner.

For your moments of rest, the lower floor also has two elegant armchairs, perfect for relaxing, and a practical desk for those who need to work remotely.

The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

This accommodation offers you an authentic experience in one of Porto's most genuine and rapidly revitalising areas: the zone between Bonfim and Campanhã. The energy of this neighbourhood is defined by a peaceful residential atmosphere, perfect for resting after a long day of sightseeing, yet incredibly well served by public transport and local shops. Just a few minutes' walk away, sports and culture enthusiasts can visit the impressive Estádio do Dragão and the FC Porto Museum. For a relaxing stroll in nature, the romantic Parque de São Roque, with its famous hedge maze and beautiful camellia gardens, is a green oasis right next door.

Despite enjoying the tranquillity of a residential neighbourhood, the vibrant Historic Centre of Porto (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is just a short and quick trip away. Thanks to the excellent Metro network nearby (Estádio do Dragão or Campanhã stations), in less than 10 minutes you will be stepping out at Trindade Station or São Bento, in the beating heart of the city. From there, simply walk the cobbled streets to explore the Torre dos Clérigos, the iconic Livraria Lello, Avenida dos Aliados, or head down to the picturesque Ribeira to admire the Dom Luís I Bridge and the Douro River.

The true "trump card" of this address, however, is being the perfect logistical base to explore the wonders of northern Portugal. Being very close to Campanhã Station — the city's main and most important railway hub — planning incredible day trips couldn't be easier. On a comfortable train journey, you can head up the river towards the terraced landscapes of the stunning Douro Valley (the world's oldest demarcated wine region), travel to the romantic city of Aveiro (known for its canals and moliceiro boats), or head to the Minho region to discover the history of Braga and the majestic castle of Guimarães (the birthplace of the nation). Additionally, the quick access to the motorway (VCI) makes any car journey incredibly convenient!

The property is located on Rua dos Burgães, in Porto, with excellent access to public transport and the city's main areas.

By metro, the nearest station is Francos Station (Line B - Red), a few minutes' walk away, with a direct connection to the centre of Porto, Trindade and Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport.

By bus, STCP offers several lines in the area with quick connections to the city centre and other points of interest.

By car, the centre of Porto is approximately 10 to 15 minutes away, and access to the Via de Cintura Interna (VCI) is easy, allowing quick trips to other parts of the city and surroundings. Parking is available in the vicinity of the property.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport is approximately 15 to 20 minutes by car, or around 30 minutes by metro. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are easily available in the area.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included.

For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a rubbish bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when sofa bed is not included).
