Set in the bay of Favone on the southeastern coast of Corsica, this air-conditioned villa offers a relaxed Mediterranean escape just a short walk from the beach. Located between Solenzara and Porto-Vecchio, the residence is surrounded by preserved coastline and rugged inland landscapes. The atmosphere blends sea air, sunlit paths and the quiet rhythm of a coastal hamlet.

Designed for up to four guests, the villa features a bedroom with twin beds alongside a living area with a sofa bed, dining space and television. The layout feels open yet functional, allowing for both rest and shared time indoors. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, freezer, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, while the bathroom offers a shower or bath with WC. A private terrace extends the living space outdoors, ideal for slow mornings or relaxed evenings.

Guests can enjoy access to an outdoor swimming pool, open seasonally from May to September depending on weather conditions. Additional facilities include laundry services, a pétanque court and table tennis for light recreation. Free outdoor parking is available, and all accommodations are air-conditioned for added comfort during warmer periods.

The surrounding area offers direct access to beaches such as Favone, Cannelle and Tarco, along with hiking routes in the Bavella mountains. Natural river pools, coastal activities and nearby towns create a varied and immersive Corsican experience.
