In sommige kamers was het hier en daar nog wel stoffig, keuken was schoon. Een lampje in de bovenste badkamer ontbrak eveneens in de afzuigkap in de keuken, Een lamp in de slaapkamer met twee losse bedden lag op het nachtkastje, was niet aan de muur bevestigd. Sommige gordijntjes in een badkamer en slaapkamer ontbraken omdat de roe stuk was. Wat meer confortabelere stoelen met name op het balkon zouden welkom zijn, de stoelen die er nu staan, zijn erg hard.Voor de prijs die er betaald is, zou de locatie echt tiptop moeten zijn.
