This charming cottage from 1971 oozes authentic cottage atmosphere. Enjoy the view of the treetops from the large windows in the living room while warming up by the cozy wood-burning stove. Although the house is small, there's plenty of space for everyone to do what they want to do. The open kitchen often serves as a cozy gathering point.



The house has three bedrooms that provide plenty of space for families with children. Each room has its own atmosphere, from contemplation to play. The decor is a mix of old and new, designer furniture and flea market finds. Each room is filled with original details that create a unique atmosphere.





Outside, you'll find a covered terrace that's perfect in all weathers. Here you can enjoy lunch even when it rains or find shade on hot sunny days. The wild garden offers small paths, prairie grass, heather and low birch trees. Here you can make fires, build dens, climb trees and relax in the hammock.





The area around the house is wonderfully beautiful and offers a wide range of activities. You can go hiking along the beach, visit the local market Krage & Ko in Lumsås, or take a bike ride to the ice cream shop a few minutes away. For the gastronomic, there's Birkemosegård and the restaurant Lille B, and for the adventurous, there's Sommerland Sjælland.
