This very bright and new apartment is logistically ideal for any travel solution, being able to count on a short walking distance from the beaches and the center, but remaining in the quiet and greenery of its garden.



Arriving by car you can park directly in front of the building, the time to unload your luggage.



Once you reach the building, after parking a few meters away, where there are some free parking spaces, you just need to take the keys where indicated and enter the building.



A very short flight of stairs down separates you from your destination.



Once you cross the threshold, the quick access panel to the free WiFi will allow you to immediately feel at home.



You are now in the entrance hall, from which you will have access to the main rooms of the house.



Here you will have the comfortable sofa on which to relax in front of the FullHD Smart TV. In this room there is a high-performance air conditioner for both heat and cold.



The sleeping area, the room where you will spend most of your time, is composed of a comfortable Queen Size bed, wardrobe with hangers and chest of drawers are available to accommodate your luggage and personal effects.



A second bedroom with a bunk bed can accommodate two additional guests.



Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed.



In the bedrooms you will also have a high-performance air conditioner for both heat and cold.



Moving now to the bright living area, we find the equipped kitchen.



Longer stays will not be a problem, having a hob, a fridge and freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee pod machine.



Some pods and infusions of various essences are offered by the house.



A table with 4 seats completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, pots of various kinds as well as disposable sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil, find their place in the various compartments.



From here, passing through the French window of the living room, you can access your private garden. A rarity difficult to find in this coastal area.



From here you can fully enjoy the beautiful Ligurian days, perhaps having lunch outside or relaxing in front of a nice glass of prosecco comfortably seated on the folding deckchairs.



Outside, in the garden, near the trough, we also find a very useful washing machine for free use.



The last room that guests will find is the bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic sanitary ware, large mirror, hairdryer and shower.



The building is located in a slightly raised area and in the second row from the center of Varazze, airy and very fresh that maintains a very breezy climate.



And for when you are away from home? You are in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, nestled in rocky coves where you can go for a swim or take unforgettable souvenir photos.



For those who love good food or aperitif and after-dinner venues, the Marina di Varazze and the nearby city center will offer numerous interesting ideas to choose from.



The geographical position of the apartment will allow you to choose between the beautiful and renowned beaches of Bergeggi, Spotorno and Varigotti or stay in the area voting which of the beaches is the best between Albisola, Celle Ligure or Varazze.
