Ende August / Anfang September

Die Unterkunft ist in einem kleinen ruhigen Wohngebiet, fußläufig nach Plan de la Tour gelegen. Das Haus ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass es einen Plancha-Grill gab. Die Kommunikation mit Jacques hat sehr gut funktioniert, Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Etwas schade fanden wir, dass der Pool durch die großen Pinienbäume immer wieder beschattet wurde. Da man sich im Sommer auch meist draußen aufhält, wäre es schön gewesen, wenn die Grünanlagen gepflegt gewesen wären. Ansonsten gibt es keine Einwände zu diesem Haus.

Nous avons apprécié nos 2 semaines dans la maison. La communication avec les propriétaires s'est très bien passée. La maison est bien située, dans un cadre calme avec le village (Le Plan de la Tour) accessible à pied : c'est top ! Nous avons deux remarques : - Climatisation insuffisante : nous ne sommes pas des gros consommateurs de clim mais il y a eu des températures élevées (37/38°). La maison est équipée d'un seul bloc clim au niveau de la salle à manger et cela n'est pas suffisant en période de forte chaleur. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la suite parentale car il y faisait littéralement 31° à 21h dans la chambre alors que nous avions fermé les fenêtres/volets toute la journée. Nous avons donc dû "camper" dans le salon car il était impossible de refroidir la chambre même avec le ventilateur fourni sur place. Pour les 2 chambres du bas, non munies de ventilateurs : la température la nuit variait entre 26° et 27° ce qui est plus supportable mais nous aurions apprécié un ventilateur par chambre pour brasser l'air plus facilement à minima. -Photos jardin à changer : nous sommes 100% alignés avec cette approche de ne pas arroser en période de sécheresse. Cela ne donne pas la sensation de jardin "luxuriant" comme sur les photos. 3/4 pots de fleurs sont vides ou avec des plantes mortes dedans, la pelouse "n'existe" pas, les éclairages ne fonctionnent pas, etc... Nous recommandons de mettre à jour les photos pour ne pas avoir de déception côté locataire.

Merci pour votre commentaire Nous comprenons la problématique de la chaleur, et il est vrai que le sud est particulièrement chaud au mois d'aout nous avons dans la maison trois chambres dont deux en rez de chaussée qui est climatisé , pourquoi dormir dans le salon quand vous étiez normalement deux personnes et un enfant? Nous rajouterons comme vous nous l'indiqué des ventilateurs supplémentaires le tout climatisé n'est pas pour nous une solution possible. Pour la pelouse il est strictement interdit par arrêté préfectoral d'arroser les pelouses .Nos photos sont prises au printemps quand nous sommes présents. l'été grille les plantes et nous n'avons aucun moyen si ce n'est l'arrosage à outrance ce qui est complètement irresponsable au vue de la sècheresse . Nous espérons que votre séjour c'est quand même bien déroulé et nous vous remercions. Cordialement

Tolles Haus im Hinterland von Ste. Maxime

Das Haus ist am Rande des schönen Ortes Plan-de-la-Tour gelegen, der auch kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Boulangeries bietet. Der Ort ist im Hinterland von Ste. Maxime gelegen. Man benötigt ca. 15-20 Minuten nach Ste. Maxime und zu den Stränden. Ein grosses Einkaufszentrum (Leclerc) in Cogolin befindet sich rund 25 Minuten weg. Das Haus ist sauber und geräumig und verfügt über eine gut eingerichtete Küche. Der Pool ist gut gelegen und im Aussenbereich besteht auch noch eine Grillmöglichkeit (Plancha). Im Inserat nicht auf den ersten Blick ersichtlich ist, dass man seine Bettanzüge und Duschtücher selbst mitnehmen muss. Wir haben den Aufenthalt während 2 Wochen mit unseren beiden Kindern sehr genossen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Alles klopt aan dit huis . Fantastische ligging en heel mooi huis. De eigenaars hebben echt een goed oog qua smaak en inrichten. Zeer sfeervol en mooi. We hebben hier 2 hele mooie weken gehad. Prachtig zwembad , goeie bedden en mooie en complete keuken. Enige minpunt wat ik kan bedenken : is dat er geen airco in slaapkamer boven is. Maar we komen graag weer terug

Tres belle maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Propre, tout est bien entretenu, bien décoré, et c’est surtout très bien equipé !! De quoi passer un tres bon sejour. Le village est tres sympa, vivant et familial avec un joli marché le jeudi, beaucoup de restaurant, et tres convivial. Et tres proche de Ste Maxime. Le petit hic à notre gout, cest que nous devions apporter les draps et serviettes de plage + aucun service de ménage proposé pour le jour du départ Mais sans cela, cest parfaiiit!

La villa est top très bien équipée avec un très joli jardin et au calme La villa est a 5 mn à pied du village et a15m’ en voiture de sainte maxime La piscine est grande en plein soleil, nous avons pris’tous nos repas sous la terrasse ombragée, c etait parfait !

Schönes Haus in einer tollen Umgebung

Sehr schön und gut ausgestattetes Haus in guter Lage zum Ortskern von Le Plan de la Tour.. Leider fanden wir, dass mehr auf Hygiene bzw. Sauberkeit geachtet werden muss, nur die groben Flächen waren geputzt....Lichtschalter, Türen, Türgriffe, Küchenfronten und Innenleben klebten 😶 Geschirr mussten wir erstmal reinigen wie vieles andere auch... zur Zeiten von CoVid eher ungut!!! Da helfen auch keine Duftöle.... Der Aussenbereich hat auch nicht viel Pflege, Poolservice gab es in 8 Tagen nicht ... Klimaanlage gibt es im Erdgeschoss, im oberen Schlafraum mit offenem Bad leider „NICHT“ und bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen und mäßiger Dämmung sehr warm 🥵, mit offenem Fenster geht es, aber da kein Moskitoschutz, in welcher Form auch immer die Plagegeister zurückhält, auch eher mhhhh. Im 3. SZ waren die Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung etwas dürftig, der Schubladenschrank war mit Spielsachen voll.. Unsere Navi und Google Maps haben die Adresse nach Angabe nicht gefunden ... die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin gestaltete sich schwierig also besser mit Französisch Kenntnissen reisen.
