Chalet De Berk is a cozy and stylish retreat in Overijssel, set in a peaceful green location with a wonderfully large garden and plenty of privacy. Completely renovated in autumn 2023, the chalet offers a fresh and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing family holidays. Located directly opposite the 5-star holiday park Capfun Stoetenslagh, it is ideal for families, allowing parents to enjoy peace and nature while children and teenagers can make use of the many free facilities and activities just a short walk away.

Inside, the tastefully furnished living room with open kitchen creates a warm and inviting space, with two French doors opening directly onto the garden and covered veranda. Stretching along the full length of the chalet, the veranda features a large outdoor table with eight chairs, a retractable awning for wind protection, sun loungers, reclining chairs, and several relaxing spots to enjoy the outdoors. The living room includes a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, a round dining table with four chairs, and excellent WiFi and TV reception for added comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave, a large refrigerator, and everything needed for both adults and children, from plastic to porcelain tableware. The chalet offers two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a 140x200 box spring bed, French doors opening to the terrace, and practical storage space, while the children’s room features a bunk bed and chest of drawers. The modern bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, vanity unit, and toilet, while insect screens in the bedrooms and bathroom add extra comfort during warmer months.
