Vacaciones familiares

La casa y la ubicación era perfectas! El servicio por parte de la inmobiliaria creo que debería mejorar.. organizamos el checkin a las 15.45h, y no nos entregaron la casa hasta las 20.30h.. aunque fue un imprevisto con la chica de limpieza considero que deberían tener alternativas para poder reaccionar más rápido ante estas situaciones y no hacer esperar tantas horas a una familia con niña pequeña.. además no nos ofrecieron ningun tipo de solución o al menos poder hacer el check out un poco más tarde. El servicio debería ser bueno con los clientes si se quiere que repitan!

Gracias por compartir su valoración. Nos alegra saber que la casa y la ubicación les parecieron perfectas. Sentimos mucho lo ocurrido con la entrega del alojamiento. Entendemos perfectamente que una espera tan larga, especialmente viajando con una niña pequeña, no es la experiencia que queremos ofrecer a nuestros huéspedes. Aunque se trató de un imprevisto relacionado con la limpieza, tomamos nota de su comentario y revisaremos internamente lo ocurrido para mejorar nuestra capacidad de reacción ante este tipo de situaciones. Respecto al check-out, nos gustaría aclarar que la posibilidad de salir más tarde depende siempre de si hay una nueva entrada ese mismo día y del tiempo necesario para preparar correctamente el alojamiento. Si hubiera sido posible ofrecerlo, lo habríamos hecho sin problema. Gracias de nuevo por trasladarnos su experiencia. Sus comentarios nos ayudan a mejorar la organización y la atención al cliente.
