Welcome to our charming home, which combines modern comfort with rustic charm. You’ll discover spaces designed to help you unwind: a cathedral-ceilinged living room with a giant screen, a billiards-library corner with a speakeasy vibe, and an open kitchen with a central island.



Inside, you’ll enjoy four bright bedrooms with views of the fields, two modern bathrooms, a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings, and a playroom for the kids. The garage provides bicycles for you to explore the surrounding area.



The flower-filled garden opens onto the surrounding countryside. You can pick seasonal fruit in the orchard, collect fresh eggs from the henhouse with Bernard, and enjoy the outdoor seating area for your summer aperitifs. A shared heated pool is available in July and August.



Just 6 km away, Cloyes-les-Trois-Rivières offers shops and a market. Châteaudun awaits you 10 km away with its medieval castle, caves, and water sports. The châteaux of the Loire Valley, Chartres, and its cathedral are all within easy reach.

As a family with two teenagers and a dog, we spent...

As a family with two teenagers and a dog, we spent a week's vacation at Pauline's. We loved it! The house is secluded in a rural and peaceful setting. The interior has been renovated with great taste. Each room has its own atmosphere with wonderful spots to relax. We enjoyed the large garden, the friendly animals, the great pool, the lovely neighbors, and the huge TV. Thank you, Pauline, for letting us be your guests! It was a week in paradise!
