Architect house with fjord view on Kegnæs

This architect-designed house from the 1970s impresses with its unique construction: two parts of the house with pointed roofs are connected by a light-flooded central section, above which there is a roof terrace. You can enjoy views of the Flensburg Fjord from almost every room, and the beach is only 300 meters away.



The open kitchen with dining area forms the bright heart of the house. In the living area, you will find a fireplace and a gallery above it – perfect for reading with a sea view. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a second gallery with a desk. Both galleries are accessible via narrow wooden stairs.



Double doors lead from the living room to the spacious wooden terrace. Here, several seating areas invite you to linger while enjoying the view of the sea. The sunny terrace is ideal for relaxing outdoors.



The nearby beach has a bathing jetty. During the season, fresh bread rolls, ice cream, and cakes are available.
