You’ll be staying in a bright, thoughtfully designed wooden house built in 2016, completely secluded among rocky outcrops and tall pine trees. The house features high ceilings and plenty of windows that let in plenty of natural light. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with underfloor heating, and hand-picked furnishings featuring teak, wool, and vintage furniture.
Three outdoor spaces offer flexibility throughout the day: a wooden deck facing east for morning coffee, a patio facing south-southwest for lunch and dinner, and a cool, stone-paved terrace in the northeast. Choose sun or shade depending on the weather and your mood. The hilly natural lot is located on a cul-de-sac with minimal traffic.
The sea is 700 meters away with access to a dock. Another 400 meters south via a path, you’ll find a lovely sandy beach. The area is incredibly peaceful with friendly neighbors you can just glimpse through the forest glades. A car is required to reach the house.
Explore Ören and Stenstrand, Ankarudden with its archipelago restaurant, or take the commuter boat to Öja with the Landsort lighthouse. The smokehouse and shop at Tottnäs are also worth a visit.
