Welcome to a modern wooden house with panoramic sea views and 1,100 apple trees. The house combines Scandinavian design with natural tranquility, perfect for those seeking relaxation in beautiful surroundings. The large windows frame the sea and apple orchard, while the plywood walls are decorated with artwork by Swedish artists.
The house is built of wood with excellent insulation and quiet ventilation, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The living room faces the sea and the apple orchard, and the kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glassware, and all the equipment you need.
The garden has two terraces where you can easily find both sun and shade throughout the day. Parking is available next to the entrance, with guest parking in the immediate vicinity.
Kivik Harbor, with its café, fish restaurant, and ice cream kiosk, is 0.5 miles away. Visit Stenshuvud National Park, Sweden's smallest and most beautiful park, or explore Svabesholm Royal Manor with its English garden. Along the coast, you will find charming villages and art exhibitions.
