About this property

Farmhouse style near Balka Beach with tennis court

On a natural plot of 14,000 square meters, you'll find this charming holiday home at Balka Strand, where tennis, petanque and nature come together. There's room for the whole family to enjoy activities in the great outdoors.

The house has been completely renovated in a timeless farmhouse style where local materials from the island such as stone, granite and wood create an authentic atmosphere. The rustic décor perfectly balances design and originality, giving the home a character all its own.

The garden is an adventure in itself with a tennis court, soccer field and a large sandbox with toys and tractor for the little ones. Several sunspots and terrace areas provide ample opportunity to enjoy the day outdoors while gathering around the fire pit in the evening.

From the house, it's only a 12-minute walk to the child-friendly Balka Beach through the idyllic field path. Explore the nearby Hundsemyre bird sanctuary or cycle 10 minutes to cozy Snogebæk with local specialties and the famous smokehouse.

We had a lovely week in the beautiful farmhouse. Great location close to the sea and villages but very quiet and peaceful. The house is extremely comfortable. There is a second apartment that is part of the farmhouse which is not clear on the listing but it is secluded and the gardens are plenty big enough for 2 families
