This architect-designed summer house was created with a focus on bringing nature inside and optimizing the sun's path throughout the day. The large windows provide beautiful light and allow you to follow the wildlife on the natural grounds, where both deer and hares are frequent visitors.
The heart of the house is the large open-plan kitchen and living room, which creates the perfect setting for socializing and cooking together. The interior design is well thought out, with space for both community and tranquility, and the bright rooms flow naturally into one another.
The kitchen has direct access to the morning terrace, while the afternoon and evening sun can be enjoyed on the open or covered terrace. Here you will also find the barbecue and the wilderness bath, which invites you to relax under the stars. The wilderness bath can be used from around March 15 (when the frost is gone) to around November 1.
The cottage is located in the third row from the beach and less than 5 minutes from town. In Marielyst town, you can enjoy a good cup of coffee and homemade baked goods at Cafe Tante Karla or lunch at Cafe Mynte. Take a trip to Pomlenakke or explore the idyllic town of Hesnæs with its listed thatched houses and charming harbor, where you can sample local delicacies.
