In the middle of the picturesque fishing village of Kyrkesund, you will find this 1930s house with stunning sea views. From the house's elevated position, you can gaze out over the horizon, and in the evening, enjoy the wonderful sunset from the glassed-in veranda or one of the terraces. Just 150 meters from the house, you will find the jetty and swimming area.



The house has been completely renovated and has an inviting floor plan with a cozy glassed-in porch where you can sit down on the sofa with the sea view in front of you. In the basement, there is an extra room with two beds and a sea view – perfect for grandchildren or extra guests.



The garden is a natural plot with two lovely patios completely secluded from view. The largest terrace is 20 square meters and is located in a secluded spot where you have an unobstructed view of the horizon. Here you can enjoy the evening sun and beautiful sunsets in peace and quiet.



Take the ferry to the Härön nature reserve with fantastic hiking trails and swimming opportunities. Explore Tjörn's beautiful walking trails or visit Klädesholmen 15 kilometers away with its watercolor museum and nice restaurants. The pier in Kyrkesund is a natural gathering place for you and other guests.
