This boathouse was moved to Veivåg in 1952 and completely renovated in 2025. You’ll experience a perfect balance between old and new: original log walls and a staircase meet modern glass and delicate details. From the kitchen, you step right out onto a large, sunny terrace with spectacular views of the sea.



The sleeping area in the loft has five bedrooms that exude nostalgia, yet feel fresh and inviting. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and practical. Everything works harmoniously together in an open-concept layout that provides space for both socializing and private moments.



The fenced-in garden is sheltered and cozy, with a beautiful rock formation to enjoy. From here, you have a view down toward the cove and the beach. The peaceful atmosphere in Veivåg truly brings peace to your soul.



In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find beautiful hiking trails, including one leading up to a lookout point with a restored turf house along the way. Bekkjarvik is just 2.5 km away, offering shops, restaurants, a charming harbor area, and many events throughout the year.



It’s possible to rent a boat dock upon request, and we can arrange a boat slip upon request.

Wij hebben met onze familie een heerlijke week gehad in Bekkjarvik. Het huis was net gerenoveerd en gezellig. Het boothuis wordt gebruikt door familie, iets wat we niet wisten en waardoor je het gevoel hebt toch iets van je privacy weg te geven hoewel de mensen erg vriendelijk zijn. Aanrader voor als je van rust en natuur houdt!
