At the water's edge, just 7 kilometers from the center of Piteå, you will find this charming summer cottage from 1949. With the sea as your closest neighbor and no disturbing neighbors, you can enjoy total privacy while being close to all the amenities of the city.
The cottage is picturesquely decorated and well maintained, where the genuine summer cottage feeling has been preserved over the years. The cozy greenhouse, located 15 meters from the water, offers a wonderful view and space for shared meals in a sheltered environment.
The generous 2,000 square meter plot has five different outdoor areas strategically placed to catch both sun and shade. The largest terrace, which can accommodate 10-12 people, is only 10 meters from the water and gives you front row seats to the sea view.
The area offers a wealth of activities all year round. Take a short walk to the nearby sandy beach, explore the surroundings on one of the house's bicycles, or visit the popular Pite Havsbad with its adventure pool and long sandy beaches. In the center of Piteå, you will find a wide range of restaurants and shops.
