Be enchanted by this unique, historic house in the heart of Norway! With centuries of history preserved, this former vicarage is now a modern sanctuary, perfect for small groups or families. Here you can experience both past and present in one vacation, both summer and winter.
The house has an exciting mix of old and new. The western part of the house, where the kitchen is now located, dates from the early 1700s. In the 19th century, the house was moved and joined to another house, giving it a unique and varied layout. The decor is a mix of historical elements and modern conveniences, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
Outside the house, you'll find a large garden, perfect for play and relaxation. Here you can enjoy Norwegian nature at its best, with beautiful mountain peaks and green meadows as far as the eye can see. There are also many hiking trails right outside the door, taking you to some of the most spectacular viewpoints in the area.
In the vicinity of the house you'll find many exciting activities and attractions. How about a walk to Vardkampen or Værskei, two fantastic hiking destinations right by the house? Or perhaps a day at Skeikampen, where you can try your hand at everything from cross-country skiing to mountain biking? The possibilities are endless - read more about the nearby areas in my Landfolk guide.
Ski in/ski out: Cross-country ski trails right outside the cabin.
