From this charming two-story cottage, you can enjoy magnificent views of Aarhus, Helgenæs, and Begtrup Vig. The house's location between the forest and the beach provides the perfect base for a relaxing vacation in scenic surroundings.





The main house offers a first-floor living room with kitchen, where you can gather for meals while enjoying the view. On the ground floor, you will find two large, cool bedrooms and a conservatory. The separate annex with a loft, private bathroom, and kitchenette provides extra space and privacy.





The garden consists of a large lawn with its own lake, where you can observe the rich wildlife, including salamanders. The large orangery and the many terraces allow you to enjoy the outdoors sheltered from the wind.





In the area around the house, you will find peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Explore the Mols Mountains, visit the Karpenhøj nature center, or take a refreshing dip at the nearby bathing jetty. The area is ideal for hiking in the beautiful countryside with open fields right outside the door.
