This cozy 103-square-meter vacation home boasts a superb location—just a stone’s throw from downtown Marielyst, where everything is within easy reach, from grocery shopping and retail to restaurants and attractions, and only 650 meters from one of Denmark’s best and most child-friendly beaches. The living room features a TV with Chromecast and wireless internet, as well as a cozy wood-burning stove that provides warmth and comfort on cold days. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, induction stove, separate oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, two of them with double beds, and the third room features a bunk bed and a game console for children and the young at heart. The house has two bathrooms, one with a toilet and sink, and the other with a shower, sink, and washing machine. The house is heated by an air-to-air and air-to-water heat pump. On cozy, warm evenings, you can sit on the covered terrace and cook dinner on the charcoal grill or simply lie on the lounge chairs and completely unwind. The vacation home is situated on a large, natural lot with trees covering 1,141 m², so there is plenty of space for play and ball games. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
