Dit lichtrijk nieuwbouwappartement met 2 terrassen bevindt zich op slechts 500 m stappen van het strand en de duinen. Rustige ligging met alle restaurantjes en winkels dichtbij.
Parking achteraan-10 euro/dag.

Het appartement is gelegen op de 2e verdieping.
Gelijkvloers: Modern ingerichte living met open keuken (vaatwas, microgolf, oven, …)
Verdieping: 2 ruime slaapkamers, berging en badkamer met douche en bad. Digitale televisie en WIFI aanwezig.
Geen lift aanwezig in deze Residentie.

1. De kosten voor het gebruik van elektriciteit, water en verwarming zijn in de huurprijs begrepen. De kosten van de eindschoonmaak bedragen 0,00 EUR, daar huurder het appartement zelf zal schoonmaken op het einde van het verblijf (d.i. stofzuigen – dweilen – sanitair en keuken schoonmaken – afval meenemen).
De huurder laat het verblijf netjes achter. Bij het niet netjes achterlaten van het verblijf, waardoor er extra schoonmaakkosten zijn, zullen deze ook aan de huurder worden doorgerekend.
2. Onderverhuring is niet toegelaten.
3. Tafellinnen, vaatdoeken, bedlinnen, handdoeken en washandjes zijn in principe niet voorzien.
Er is één dubbel bed en een hoogslaper met uittrekbed bijkomend in het appartement.
Donsdekens en kussens zijn ter plaatse evenals matrasbeschermers.
Het gebruik van bedlinnen is verplicht.
De huurder brengt zelf zijn bed/bad- linnen, dekbedovertrekken, hoeslakens en kussenslopen mee.

4. a. De parkeerplaatsen achteraan het gebouw mogen enkel gebruikt worden voor het laden/lossen bij aankomst en vertrek. Na het laden/lossen dient de wagen te worden verplaatst voor de duur van het verblijf naar een nabijgelegen parkeerplaats langs de kant van de openbare weg. Er bestaat de mogelijkheid om een parking te huren achteraan het gebouw aan 10 euro/dag.
b. Op het gelijkvloers is een berging aanwezig waar fietsen gestald kunnen worden.

Dear Guests!


Welcome to your holiday apartment.


For the benefit and wellbeing of all our guests and residents we have put into place some rules and
regulations via Airbnb.
As a condition of your confirmed booking it is implied that you have read and agreed to abide by
those rules and regulation.
Overall:
Should you find that the inventory, furniture or any of the other facilities that we provide are
not to
your satisfaction or expectations, or if you need help or information then please call Maarten
(0472/02.78.61). We are there to help.


Arrival and departure:









Arrival and departure days are counted as calendar days. The apartment will be available from 3 pm
on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Earlier arrival or
later departure times can be accommodated with advanced notice, but not later than 21 pm.


Provision of linen and towels:

Provision of bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels is not included in the price.
If you want bed linen and towels (one big and one small per person) we charge an extra cost of 20
euros per person.
Non Smoking:
The apartment and other associated buildings are designated non smoking areas.

Cleanliness:

• Lease empty the refrigerator before you leave. Do not switch the refrigerator off.
• Remove all rubbish before departure. Waste bags from the municipality can be bought individually
in the local supermarket . Glass should be sorted in the glass containers provided nearby.
• Please ensure that dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, coffee machines, toaster, kettles etc. are
clean and dried before storing them.
• in order to prevent possible blockages, please do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids,
fats or feminine hygiene items in the WC, sinks or shower tray.
• Please remove and leave (hiking) shoes and sandals in the entrance hall. You may, of course,
enter the apartment with regular clean and dry dress shoes.
• Please clean the apartment before departure. (Cleaning is not provided.)


Keys:


We ask that you keep your keys safe and not to pass them on to unauthorized persons. Should the
keys become lost or missing then we reserve the right to charge for the cost of replacements.


Animals:


Animals are not allowed.


Liability:


Parents are liable for their children, guests and personal possessions. We can not be held
responsible for damage to or loss of your personal items or possession that you bring with you.


Responsibilities:

We ask that you, children and guests treat the apartment and its contents and furnishings
respectfully.

We know that accidents do happen. We would ask to be informed of accidents as they happen rather
than having to find out about broken or lost items at a final inspection on the departure day. In
case of breakages or loss we reserve the right to charge for the full replacement value of the item
or items.
Departure:
On departure we ask that you close all windows, so preventing possible storm damages.
Please also consider unplugging all electrical items (except the refrigerator)
Parking:
Parking is not included. You can park your car at the side of the road.
Do not park in front of the building (only loading and unloading).
