Located at 600 meters above sea level, it enjoys a strategic position near Assisi, Perugia, and Gubbio, ideal for visiting the most beautiful Umbrian art cities.
The two apartments are arranged on split levels. Access is from the upper floor or the lower floor, which can be reached via external stairs. Panoramic swimming pool available for guests, shared with the other accommodations on the estate. Private outdoor area of 80 sqm, featuring two outdoor dining areas to enjoy meals and the stunning view.
The property is accessed through a charming road in the woods, perfect for those seeking a holiday focused on relaxation, privacy, and nature.
