The house is located just 100 meters from Kervennni Bay—you can reach the sea on foot in just a few minutes. Several restaurants and bars are right nearby, and the famous Île Vierge Lighthouse, Europe’s tallest stone lighthouse, is just a stone’s throw away.



Built in 2026, this vacation home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The spacious living area, featuring an open, modern kitchen and a small bar, invites you to relax. A large sliding door leads directly from inside to the terrace and garden. Your dogs are welcome here.



In the 400 m² garden, you’ll find outdoor furniture and an inflatable hot tub, which is heated from May 15 to September 15. The garden is not fully fenced.



The location is ideal for anyone who loves the sea and wants to explore the Breton coast. You’ll be just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants, while still enjoying the peace and comfort of your modern vacation home.
