Overall, we were happy with our experience. The location was perfect, and we were pleased with the facilities of the room. The reason I cannot give a higher rating is that we found a rat in our room. Finding a rat in a hotel room is very distressing and raises serious concerns about hygiene and the hotel's standards. We were eventually offered a different room for the night, but we were a bit disappointed with the response of the hotel team.
