5 separate beds + free on-street parking in a newly refurbished 3BR, ideal for 7+ night contractor and business stays. Bed setup: 1 double + 4 singles so teams can spread out. Fully equipped kitchen for meal prep and super-fast WiFi for work calls, streaming, and day-to-day use. Need more space? We have 3 apartments in the building, up to 10 guests total.
The Emerald Loft is a luxurious 3 Bed 1st Floor Apartment that is ideal for long term contractor & business bookings. We have just had a full refurbishment, and the property comes equipped with everything you need for your team to feel comfortable when working away. We have a large Super King Bedroom, A large Double Bedroom, and a small single bedroom. We can comfortably accommodate 3 people. However, we can accommodate 5 people if they're willing to share two of the beds.
The property also comes with a full equipped kitchen, walk in waterfall shower, comfortable living room, with a 65" TV, Netflix, and super fast WiFi. There is ample free parking available on street. Ilkeston is situated in between Nottingham & Derby, so we have great access to both cities, as well as being minutes drive from the M1 Motorway. Perfect for accommodating your team when they're staying away.
