This luxury Penthouse is in an excellent location directly opposite Hesketh Park, and 5 minutes drive to the town centre. It is located on the top floor of a grade 11 listed building, which means it is not suitable for anybody who has walking difficulties. The apartment is modern and luxurious that has the wow factor with no expense spared. It is located in a residential building and would make an ideal stay for people visiting relatives, Southport or the surrounding area.

The apartment is open plan living area and kitchen, which is modern and has the wow factor. It has integrated fridge freezer, oven and hob, central heating and hot water. There is a stylish Master bedroom which is modern with neutral decoration and Led lights around the panelling. There is a modern ensuite bathroom which compliments the bedroom, towels and bedding are included. There is a second shower room with utility, and a second double bedroom, which is simple and modern. The apartment has had a full renovation. It is the perfect place for a luxury short stay.

Access to the apartment is through the double doors to the side of the building at 43B. The keys for access are in the key box on the wall under the letter box for flat 4. The flat is located up 3,floors on the top floor. The apartment has a black door located to the left.
