Dirty and needs a lot of work.

I contacted the host in reference to dirty dishes and that the home was not clean. We had to clean the house. Dispose of old food in the refrigerator and wash our linens because they had a bad odor to them. There was only one smoke detector in a bedroom upstairs. The other two detectors were taken down. The yard was in dire need of trimming and weeds needed to be removed from the sidewalk. We informed The Host that we would be bringing two dogs and paid for the dogs to be there yet the yard and the fence were not at all secure enough for our dogs. The gate was falling over and did fall down during a storm. The back fence has fallen down and has some kind of tiles to try to plug holes in the wood of the fence. The pool had a lot of green on the bottom. The furniture is in desperate need of upgrading. Both sofas are very worn. The ceiling fan/light in the master bedroom wobbled so much it was unusable. It was very hot in the house but the host did offer fans to help with that. I do not believe this home was up to covid cleaning standards and definitely not up to fire code. We were disappointed.

Great Family Vacation Home

Our family loved this home. It was very kid friendly. There were toys for the kids inside and outside. They loved the bunk beds. The pool was the favorite part for all of us. We utilized the kitchen and the grill, and we were not left without anything we needed. There were plenty of towels, and towels for the pool! The outside shower was great! There was plenty of room for our big group. We loved being able to wash our dirty laundry on our vacation. We will definitely be back for our next family vacation!

Well laid out property in quiet neighborhood

Loved the spacious home with 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked for our own food preparation. Beds were quite comfortable. Pool had an issue with pump which was quickly remedied. No pool heater existed which was a bit chilly which was fine for 1 out of 4 of us.
