Relax in paradise at Chiquita Sun House with your own private heated pool, and the beach only a 10 minute walk away!! This breezy house, with its beachy-chic interior and wrap around porch will be the perfect place to get away and unwind. A large covered front porch with swing welcomes your arrival. Step up to the oversized second floor living space furnished with plenty of comfortable seating for your large family, and out onto a large second floor deck with sectional seating overlooking the pool below. Enjoy some splashing fun in the pool and a cookout on the pool deck surrounded by a lush tropical landscape of palms and bird of paradise.



The Master Suite features a poster king sized bed and french doors that open to the deck, along with a large bath with whirlpool tub. Relax in style with hardwood and bamboo floors throughout the house. Two addition bedrooms each feature king sized beds. The kids can hang out in the den below which provides great sleeping space with two full-sized bunks and a full bathroom separate from the rest of the house. Cook up dinner "at home" in the fully stocked kitchen with window overlooking the front covered deck and preserve across the street.



Be sure to bring your boat along to launch into the intracoastal waterway at the park right around the corner (1 mile) for a day of boating and fishing. The Matanzas Inlet is about 6 miles down the river and the Old City of St. Augustine is about 8 miles up river. The white sand, dunes and waves are just a one mile walk or a quick drive up the neighborhood street and across A1A. Park your cars and boat in the ample pull-under area and driveway.



***Note: The pool heater season is from November 1st - April 15th. Pool heat is available upon request. Pool heat must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Please inquire for pool heat fees.



Depending on the weather conditions, the pool may not hit the set point of the heater. Please note, when night temperatures go below 50 degrees the heater cannot operate effectively. Please plan your vacation activities accordingly. No refunds are issued based on weather conditions. ***

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.



No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
