Although this is a newer listing, your co-host has over six years of experience hosting guests in the local area and is always available to help with recommendations, local knowledge and anything you may need during your stay.


📍 Guest Access & Important Information

Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden immediately surrounding the property, including the orchard and stone circle.

Please note:
• The wider farm grounds and outbuildings are not accessible to guests.
• There is a small fenced body of water on the farmland, this is outside the guest-access area.
• Children should be supervised outdoors at all times.
• Wood-burning stoves are currently decorative and not available for guest use (please enquire before booking if this feature is important to your stay).
• For larger groups, the neighbouring two-bedroom cottage can also be booked, allowing family and friends to stay close by whilst enjoying additional space.
• Indoor smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, first-aid kit are all at the property.

Keys are in a keybox and details are given just before check in.

Other things to note
Stoves are not currently in use.

No candles to be lit inside the property.

No parties allowed.

No further guests than what is specified on the booking are allowed in the property during the course of the stay - unless agreed prior with the host.

No wandering around the farmland please - only the immediate grassed garden areas surrounding the property and parking areas are for guest use (other areas beyond this are restricted access for guests).
