This charming holiday home is located in the quiet village of Zelengrad in the Zadar hinterland and is perfect for families or small groups of friends. The house can accommodate up to 4 people, with one bedroom featuring a double bed and a pull-out sofa that can sleep two additional people.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing meals, and the living room offers comfortable accommodation with a sofa and a TV for relaxing. The house also has a bathroom with a shower.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy the private 20 m² pool surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol – perfect for sunbathing and cooling off. The 1000 m² yard is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security, especially convenient for guests with pets. The garden features a brick barbecue, covered by a pergola that provides shade on hot summer days. Next to the house, there is also a covered terrace, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or a quiet evening.

Parking is available on site, making it easier for guests to arrive and stay.

Nearby are the beautiful bays of the Karin and Novigrad Seas, ideal for swimming, fishing, and strolling along the coast. The city of Zadar, with its historical sights and rich culture, is just a 45-minute drive away. Also nearby are the towns of Biograd na Moru and Obrovac, which offer numerous water activities, including rafting on the Zrmanja River.
