The accommodation is equipped with a comfortable bed, TV and air conditioning, creating a cosy and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing, enhanced by the pleasant natural light coming through the large window.

The sleek modern-style kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare small meals and snacks. In addition to basic crockery, it includes a microwave, hob, electric kettle, toaster and fridge. The property also features a dining table and folding chairs.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Important note: The property has internet access, but the speed is limited due to the lack of fibre optic coverage in the area, and is recommended for basic tasks only.

Located in the welcoming and peaceful area of São Mamede de Infesta, this accommodation offers the perfect refuge for those seeking the ideal balance between the authentic tranquillity of a residential neighbourhood and the full convenience of being right on the doorstep of the city. The energy of this neighbourhood is serene, family-friendly and genuinely Portuguese. Nearby, you'll find a traditional neighbourhood atmosphere, with local shops, inviting bakeries and excellent traditional restaurants where you can taste true and comforting Northern gastronomy, feeling like a real local and far from the usual tourist crowds.

Despite this peaceful atmosphere, the proximity to Porto's vibrant Historic Centre (UNESCO World Heritage) is one of the great advantages of this location. Thanks to quick access (by car or through the convenient public transport network in the area), you'll reach the heart of "Invicta" in just a few minutes. You'll easily be climbing the iconic Torre dos Clérigos, admiring the azulejos of São Bento Station or enjoying the magical atmosphere of Ribeira along the Douro river, before returning to the silence of your accommodation for a night of absolute rest.

As well as being an excellent gateway to Porto, this address works as an exceptional strategic logistical base to explore the greatest attractions of the North region. On a very short trip, you can head to the Matosinhos coast to walk on the beach and taste the famous fresh grilled fish. With easy access to the main roads, planning day trips is incredibly simple: be amazed by the monumental grandeur and Roman heritage of Braga, discover the medieval streets of Guimarães (the cradle of the nation), or set off to discover the stunning wine landscapes of the Douro Valley!

By bus, STCP and Transdev offer several lines in the area with comprehensive coverage to Porto and Matosinhos.

By car, the VCI (Via de Cintura Interna) and the A3 are easily accessible, allowing quick connections to Porto (about 10 minutes), Braga (about 30 minutes) and northern Portugal.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (Porto) is approximately 10 to 15 minutes by car. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are easily available in the area.

This is a property with automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
